Have a ‘can do’ approach
Great communication skills, naturally caring, flexible and resilient.
Have the ability to work flexibly covering day shifts, weekends and occasional sleeps
Ability to deputise for the Service Manager where required
Ideally you will have already obtained your Level 3 Health and Social Care
Previous experience in a supporting role.
