Ability to encourage good community relationships by promoting activities
Ability to accurately report, record and maintain records
Ability to liaise with health professionals and families
Ability to complete supervisions and audits
Ability to ensure duties are performed to required standards

Job Responsibility

Managing a team of Support Workers
Providing high standards of care for the people we support, in line with care and support plans
Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
Liaise with health professionals and their families
Complete supervisions and audits
To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home

1–2 years' experience in adult care as a Support Worker (senior experience preferred)
A UK driver’s license and your own vehicle
Confident in supporting both male and female clients
Able to lead by example with excellent communication and teamwork
Comfortable using technology (for care planning and records)

Job Responsibility

Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Support Workers
Delivering high-quality, person-centered care in line with individual support plans
