Job Description

We will base on your personal profile and leverage your strengths to match you with a customer whose personality aligns well with yours, fostering a strong and positive working relationship.

Job Responsibility

Providing companionship and encouraging social interaction
Assisting with personal care tasks to ensure hygiene and well-being
Planning and preparing nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs
Offering mobility support for safety and comfort
Administering medications in accordance with care plans
Ensuring a clean and organized living environment
Assisting with a variety of daily tasks to meet the client's needs

Requirements

At least 3 months of previous experience in caring for elderly
A deep passion for delivering compassionate and dedicated care
Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a robust work ethic
Must be female. Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance to the Equality Act 2010

Live-in Care experience, particularly spinal experience, is ideal
however, it is not necessary as full training is provided. We are recruiting male and female assistants
however, we have several vacancies specifically for female personal assistants due to some client circumstances. Due to our service users' needs, all our care workers must have a driver's license. Full Driving License

What we offer

Starting salary of £945 per 7-day shift plus an £77 food allowance (£11 daily)
Each day you will receive £120 daily rate + £15 Holiday + £11 food allowance
Performance Review Scheme that allows dedicated PAs to receive pay increases

Depending on the service user package there may be an uplift of either £11, £12 or £23 per day reflecting regular night calls or additional work requirements
