Job Description

We are recruiting Female Home Care Workers to support clients across the Sefton area. This is a female-only role, permitted under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9), due to the personal and intimate care needs of our clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect
  • Support daily living tasks (meals, medication, housekeeping)
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Carry out wellbeing checks
  • Follow care plans and company policies

Requirements

  • Live within the Sefton area
  • Be able to reliably travel locally between calls
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
  • Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required
  • Class 1 Business Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Must live in Sefton or very nearby
  • Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible approach to shifts (including weekends)
  • Previous care experience preferred but not essential
  • Willingness to undergo background checks
