Job Description:

Paragon Home Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate carers to join a dedicated team supporting a bright and determined teenage client in the Brighton BN3 area. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a young man who is rebuilding his independence and confidence following a spinal cord injury, all while living in a beautifully adapted home.

Job Responsibility:

  • Observe and record the client's health status
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living
  • Ensure the client's safety
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Notify clients of changes in medications
  • Arrange transportation for client appointments
  • Support daily routine
