Job Description:

We are looking for Female Care Assistants to work in our client's home located in the area of Surbiton. You will be providing high quality care to the elderly. Our Care Assistant Team is to provide high-quality care and support to individuals, particularly focusing on the unique needs of clients, in various settings such as homes or healthcare facilities. This includes assisting with daily activities, promoting well-being, and fostering a positive and comfortable environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting clients with daily activities and routines, ensuring their comfort and well-being
Administering medications, making a meaningful difference in their health journey
Providing companionship and emotional support throughout the day
Helping with grocery shopping and meal preparation based on client preferences
Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring the highest standard of care

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 months experience in a similar role
The ability to connect empathetically with elderly or disabled clients, even in challenging situations
An understanding of the needs of elderly or disabled adults who are vulnerable within society
Knowledge of food hygiene, manual handling, and health & safety standards
Demonstrates a fervent dedication to facilitating person-centred care and support
Must be female. Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance to the Equality Act 2010
