Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Care Assistants to support our Female Clients in Bath, Radstock & Keynsham. In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition
  • Support clients in engaging with their community and pursuing interests that matter to them

Requirements

  • Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good command of English
  • Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively
  • A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help others
  • A valid driver's license is beneficial for travel between client homes
  • Over the age of 18
  • Have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK
