Job Description

Female Bank Support Worker. Locations: Bristol (BS7 & BS10). Hourly Rate: £13.45 per hour. Hours: Bank. Required: Experience supporting people with Autism (personally or professionally) and Full UK driving licence (automatic) is preferred but not essential. Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this role. Looking for flexible work where you can genuinely make a difference? As a Bank Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you’ll support individuals across our locations in BS7 and BS10 to live independently, build confidence, and enjoy the things they love. One day you might be supporting a trip out one day and helping with daily routines the next. You’ll be supporting a lady who enjoys baking, visiting the trampoline park, and trips to the farm. You’ll encourage independence, support her choices, and help her stay active in the community. You’ll also work at our location in BS10 as needed, providing consistent, high-quality support. “Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.” We provide full training. Requirements
