Are you looking for a rewarding role that fits around your commitments? If you share our values and you’re ready for genuine job satisfaction, then look no further. Our fabulous team in Lenzie is on the lookout for a motivated and creative *female colleague with a positive attitude to join them as a Bank Support Practitioner. It would be great if you hold a full UK manual driving licence, however this isn’t a deal breaker. The Role: As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support when it’s needed most. You will help ensure consistent support during staff leave, sickness or training. We’re looking for someone to ideally pick up 2-3 shifts per week to build up a trusting relationship with the supported person. This role will be supporting a young lady with Autism who recently moved into her own home. We’re looking for a likeminded individual who enjoys going for walks and is willing to get involved with her hobbies. No two days are the same, and every shift offers the chance to make a meaningful difference. Shift Patterns: Shifts are 1pm - 9pm and can be Monday through to Sunday. We are looking to fill this post as soon as possible and may close the vacancy early if suitable candidates are found. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to apply promptly. Closing Date: Sunday 10th May 2026 (We reserve the right to close this vacancy at any time.) Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an online interview on Tuesday 12th or Wednesday 13th May 2026 via MS Teams. If applying via a job board, please also submit an application through our website, otherwise we may be unable to contact you. All successful candidates will receive a conditional offer subject to satisfactory references and PVG checks. Having a conviction will not necessarily debar you from working in this sector. New staff must register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting. Please note, our smoking policy applies to this role. Please contact kbellingham@trfs.org.uk if you have any questions. Our Commitment to Inclusion We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds and are committed to creating an inclusive working environment.
