As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support when it’s needed most. You will help ensure consistent support during staff leave, sickness or training. To build trusting relationships with the people we support, we ask that you ideally pick up 1–2 shifts per week. Working across our supported living and dispersed services in Greenock, you will support individuals on an outcome-based programme which will see them grow in confidence and learn life skills to increase their independence. The people we support enjoy a variety of activities and we'll be looking to you to take an active interest in their hobbies, which include going out for walks and to their social clubs, drives out in their cars, volunteering and shopping.
