Job Responsibility:

  • Providing personal care to female service users
  • Supporting people with their day to day lives
  • Engaging service users in meaningful and impactful activities that help them build skills and take part in hobbies
  • Working closely with the therapies team to support with communication, assistive technology, hydrotherapy, and rebound therapy
  • Providing access to a range of activities like arts and crafts, sailing, abseiling, and music sessions

Requirements:

  • Female (genuine occupational requirement)
  • At least 6 months of UK based work experience in any sector
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Reference checks
  • Enthusiastic, creative, proactive and passionate
  • Confidence to challenge the norm and try new things
  • Curious, asks questions, shows interest in training and development
  • Treats people with kindness, dignity, and respects boundaries
