Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to kick-start your career in finance? We’re looking for a Fees & Reconciliation Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing commission-related invoices and stakeholder relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Review and validate incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms
Calculate fees and commissions, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues with internal and external partners
Collaborate with departments like Front Office, Finance, and Procurement to ensure smooth operations
Maintain strong relationships with brokers, custodians, and depositaries
Ensure timely payments and monitor financial breaks
Support reporting activities and contribute to process improvements

Requirements:

Academic background in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field
Up to 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Banking Operations
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Organizational and process improvement capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Proficiency in English is mandatory
