Job Description

As an intern in the Fee & Liquidity Team, you will be introduced to the world of alternative assets (i.e., Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Assets and Real Estate) and gain the skills required to model, analyze and reconcile the fee and liquidity structures used to invest in these funds. You will develop both your quantitative and qualitative skills and learn to interpret and apply different fee calculations and interpret the legal language used in alternative assets.

Job Responsibility

  • To process and track key fee data related to the validating of Private Market investments
  • Obtain knowledge on how Private Market fund fee structures work, through training on the structure of legal documents and ongoing guidance on the job
  • Review Private Market funds documentation where necessary to gain better understanding of the underlying fee structure
  • Track the progress of the task on a weekly basis and report the findings
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Graduates currently completing their final year of a Bachelor or Masters program (Mathematics, Finance or Accounting background (or any equivalent numerical degree)
  • Strong data entry and organization skills, with emphasis on detail
  • Strong aptitude for learning and problem solver
  • Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (including proficiency in Excel)
  • Good command of the English language (verbal and written)
