Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fee Earner to join my client's well-established Residential Property team in Llanrwst, North Wales. This full-time role provides the chance to work in a vibrant and supportive team, offering a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a wide range of property matters, including buying, selling, transfer of equity, and first registrations
Building and expanding their own client base within the local area

Requirements:

At least three years of experience in residential conveyancing
Outstanding communication skills
Strong passion for delivering exceptional client service

Proven track record in business development
