Job Description:

The Fee Data Reporting Associate Analyst’s primary responsibility is to ensure the ongoing monitoring, updating and tracking of a client’s portfolio activity for fees and expenses. This includes ensuring that all cash flows, NAVs, fees and expenses are accurately captured in a timely manner into a proprietary database.

Job Responsibility:

  • Setup and ongoing monitoring of Private Markets and Hedge Fund portfolios
  • Capture and process cash flow activity including NAVs, cash flows, fees and expenses
  • Liaising with Fund Managers, Custodians and Administrators globally in the collection, clean-up and processing of client and fund data
  • Produce ad hoc reporting and analysis on the data upon request
  • Other projects as required

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with a university degree with a numerical focus (i.e., Accounting/Mathematics/Business/Economics or equivalent)
  • Excellent command of the English language as well as exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong numerical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter with strong aptitude for learning, and problem solver
  • Literacy in Microsoft Excel
