Job Description:

Seeking an experienced construction Superintendent to join our client's team as a direct placement to help lead Federal projects.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure timely project completion
Manage project budgets and schedules, including tracking expenditures and progress
Perform hands-on work when necessary and ensure proper tool and equipment usage
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and government representatives to address any site-related issues

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Lead Site Superintendent in construction
Proven track record of successfully completing projects valued between $1 to $5 million
Active Top Secret security clearance with prior experience on DOD sites Required
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
