Job Responsibility

Overall management and delivery of customer service to designated Client accounts
Maintaining a caseload of property claims
Timely and accurate claim decisions and resolution. Rapid escalation of matters outside authority or accountabilities
Comply with and maintain Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
Maintaining company reputation including building and insurance product integrity by complying with federal and state regulations and service standards
Process daily incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge through continuing education & training
Provide assistance to other staff and key clients in the event of a Catastrophe, as required
Work with Customer Experience Manager to understand your key clients, products, and services
Identify growth and revenue opportunity from existing and new clients
