Job Description:

You are the person who double-checks links, formatting, and deliverables so teams can celebrate rather than troubleshoot. The Content Operations Assistant is detail-oriented and keeps print and online content moving smoothly, from capture to scheduling to reporting. You are also a collaborative, cross-train-ready teammate who stays calm and organized.

Job Responsibility:

  • Capture and process all print and online placements, ensuring accuracy from intake to reporting
  • Schedule content across online channels using ERP systems
  • Perform quality control checks to verify article links, formatting and publish readiness
  • Track project performance to ensure all projects meet guaranteed deliverables
  • Upload project files to third-party content platforms (newswire/distribution services)
  • Maintain/update customer media database and support partner audits/data cleanups
