Job Description

The Feasibility Manager is responsible for evaluating and determining the viability of developments and homesites presented by the Business Development team. Must be able to effectively interact with Sellers/Developers, project teams and internal stakeholders to gather information to evaluate and report the risk metrics. The position establishes and manages deadlines to ensure results are obtained on time and on budget, managing feasibility from a project's inception through zoning.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years experience in feasibility for multifamily or residential land development, home construction or similar feasibility experience required
  • 4 year degree in real estate, economics, engineering, multifamily or residential land development or related field and a minimum of 1 year experience in feasibility for land development, home construction or similar feasibility experience required
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and scheduling skills
  • Self-directed and able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining project schedules and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a proactive approach to problem solving, concentrating on multiple problems and tasks
  • Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read construction documents and plans, as well as, interpret legal and recorded documents
  • Discrete with sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing deadlines
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain external relationships with key business partners and community members
  • Strong data information system skills and capabilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Blue Beam, AutoCad and other similar platforms
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment with multiple tasks and projects
