Position supporting specific functions on the Organizational Change team. Lead activities pertaining to change processes related to formula, raw material, packaging and component updates for all personal care, OTC drug and candle/home fragrance products. Specific areas of support include, but are not limited to, regular business organizational change (component, pack out, merchant requested changes, etc.), or technical organizational change (regulation changes, international requirements, IFRA updates, etc.).

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible and accountable for Change Management functions within assigned product categories and/or brands
  • Work with cross functional partners to ensure change achievements are met OT&C (On-Time & Complete)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross functional partners
  • Understanding of formula and product development processes and systems, interface and capabilities
  • Analyze portfolio data and connect with cross functional partners to assess and resolve scope of change projects
  • Attend status update meetings to track project achievements with cross functional partners and relay any potential delays or disruptions to the project team
  • Support Sr. Specialist in leading cross-functional business activities for large complex projects and drive alignment of broad cross functional projects and initiatives
  • Support translation of business goals and objectives into action plans that define accountabilities and measure success
  • Assist life cycle management activities related to data within the formula system
  • Conduct regular reviews of current processes and requirements to ensure they are meeting the needs of the business and cross functional partners looking for efficiencies and changes when/where necessary
  • Drive resolution for any reformulations needed due to raw material or formula non-compliance
  • Ensure all processes in and out of the formula and finished good system are followed by internal and external partners
  • Assist in development of testing plans, scenarios and scripts and participate in user acceptance testing for any new change management system
  • Assist Senior Specialist and leadership in any other areas needed

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in consumer goods industry
  • Data analysis and organization skills
  • Detail oriented and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple opposing and constantly evolving priorities
  • Strong skills in Excel, proficient in Microsoft Office and word
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science or equivalent experience
