Job Responsibility:
Plan and coordinate domestic, regional and international travel arrangements for all customers
Manage complex itineraries, including multiple destinations, visa requirements, and special accommodations
To provide strong organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of travel industry trends, and excellent customer service
To be a custodian and assist in ensuring the customer's Online Adoption
To service, retain and grow the portfolio
ensuring optimum levels of service are maintained at all times
Ensure enquiries are actioned as per agreed SLA
Efficiently balance the need to meet deadlines and work speedily under time pressures while maintaining high standards of service
Ensure that all the organization's business travel is well-organized, cost-effective, and compliant with company policies, ultimately contributing to the success and efficiency of the business
Assisting and supporting your Team in all aspects of the FCM business environment
including: Customer service and satisfaction
Implementation and adherence to the FCM daily, weekly and monthly systems
Achievement of financial results and KPI's
Maintaining communication between team members
Maintaining an overall positive office environment
Requirements:
