Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and coordinate domestic, regional and international travel arrangements for all customers
  • Manage complex itineraries, including multiple destinations, visa requirements, and special accommodations
  • To provide strong organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of travel industry trends, and excellent customer service
  • To be a custodian and assist in ensuring the customer's Online Adoption
  • To service, retain and grow the portfolio
  • ensuring optimum levels of service are maintained at all times
  • Ensure enquiries are actioned as per agreed SLA
  • Efficiently balance the need to meet deadlines and work speedily under time pressures while maintaining high standards of service
  • Ensure that all the organization's business travel is well-organized, cost-effective, and compliant with company policies, ultimately contributing to the success and efficiency of the business
  • Assisting and supporting your Team in all aspects of the FCM business environment
  • including: Customer service and satisfaction
  • Implementation and adherence to the FCM daily, weekly and monthly systems
  • Achievement of financial results and KPI's
