This role requires proven capabilities to define and execute strategies that accelerate customer deployment, adoption, renewal, and expansion of Microsoft 365 with a strong focus on AI and security solutions, including Copilot and Microsoft 365 E5 Security. The successful candidate will engage directly with senior technical and business leaders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable plans, and deliver secure, AI-driven solutions that maximize business value and minimize risk.
Job Responsibility:
Engage and develop deep relationship with Microsoft’s most complex and strategic customers to accelerate their adoption of AI and security within Microsoft 365
Identify and drive customer intent, translate it into actionable deployment plans, gain customer commitment to execute, overcome hurdles and delays and deliver secure, AI-driven solutions that maximize business value while mitigating risk
Orchestrating across FastTrack scale resources, Partners and Microsoft field teams, you will ensure rapid deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 services to achieve the highest return on investment for the customer
Engage directly with customer stakeholders at all levels, leading solution architecture efforts, providing guidance on AI and security strategies, while collaborating with account teams, partners, and subject matter experts to drive successful outcomes
Educate customers at a technical level, demonstrate and prove the value of Microsoft’s AI and security capabilities, and continuously develop your knowledge across Microsoft and competitive cloud technologies
Collaborate with engineers, partners, and Microsoft field teams to map product capabilities to differentiated customer outcomes, ensuring rapid deployment and adoption
Influencing cross-group collaboration, shaping value propositions and enablement strategies, and presenting customer insights in regional review meetings
Requirements:
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite at L300 or higher, with strong focus on M365 Copilot, Chat, Extensibility, Threat Protection, Data Security and Windows 365
Experience working with customer insights to assist with driving product improvements through collaboration with product engineering teams
Experience with leading peer teams and driving best practice sharing
Demonstrate experience driving delivery excellence and ensuring a high standard of Data Quality
Proven ability influencing customer decision making through delivery knowledge/value discussions
Ability to act as a technical lead for peer architects in their area of expertise providing guidance on customer deliverables and architecture
Demonstrate experience leading effective collaboration with sales and product teams to drive customer account growth
Demonstrate experience leading Microsoft 365 deployment efforts with enterprise level customers
Travel up to 25%
Nice to have:
Enterprise-scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
Knowledge of how to work with Microsoft Field teams and Partners in landing the Microsoft 365 platform with customers
5+ years of professional experience as a senior technical resource with regular customer interactions
Familiarity with cloud, hybrid, and on-premises architectures, as well as certifications in AI and security technologies
