We’re looking for a proven leader to take charge of one of our locations! As a General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a fully staffed, high-performing restaurant—hiring, developing, and motivating a team that delivers outstanding guest experiences every day.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the team: Hire, train, and motivate 15–30 employees to deliver consistent customer satisfaction
Staff for success: Ensure the restaurant is 100% staffed with high-quality team members and managers
Be flexible: Open availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll rotate shifts weekly to stay connected with your team
Drive performance: Manage scheduling, inventory, and operations to keep the restaurant running smoothly and profitably
Coach and grow: Prepare employees for promotion, build morale, and foster an environment of respect and accountability
Protect standards: Maintain food safety, compliance, and company inspection readiness at all times
Manage operations: Oversee budgets, labor, and COGS while focusing on key metrics such as speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
ServSafe certification required
At least 1 year of restaurant operations management experience
Prior Quick Service Restaurant experience is a must
Strong track record of tenure and career growth (not job-hopping)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
