This role involves a blend of administrative support, customer service, and data entry tasks in the non-profit industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide clear guidance to seniors regarding application steps
  • Conduct data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy of information entered into the system
  • Assist seniors in signing up for services via digital and paper applications
  • Prepare and send mailers containing application information to seniors as part of initial support

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and patience

  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
