Job Description:

We are looking for a Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations and ensure the smooth running of agricultural activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Direct farm inventory
  • Direct farm grooming and agricultural crops deleafing activities
  • Oversee the activities of clearing the fields
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Implement soil fertility programs
  • Perform general farm duties

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years supervising experience in an agricultural or farm setting
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environment
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
