Job Responsibility:
Visiting farms to conduct on-site risk analysis and offer tailored solutions
Growing and managing your own portfolio of rural clients
Building trust with local farmers through face-to-face expertise
Proactively converting leads into long-term, loyal partnerships
Requirements:
Currently residing in Armidale, Glenn Innes, Inverell or surrounding areas
Demonstrated background, exposure, or a deep interest in the Agriculture sector
Experience working to targets, identifying new business, managing a pipeline, and closing deals
Demonstrated track record of commitment and looking for a long-term career move
Nice to have:
Insurance experience
Background in Ag-Banking, Sales and Customer service with a strong connection to the farm community
