Job Description:

This isn’t a "sit-behind-a-desk" role. It’s a dynamic, on-the-road sales and service position where your office changes every day. You’ll be out in the community, building genuine relationships and delivering risk solutions that actually make a difference to rural families.

Job Responsibility:

  • Visiting farms to conduct on-site risk analysis and offer tailored solutions
  • Growing and managing your own portfolio of rural clients
  • Building trust with local farmers through face-to-face expertise
  • Proactively converting leads into long-term, loyal partnerships

Requirements:

  • Currently residing in Armidale, Glenn Innes, Inverell or surrounding areas
  • Demonstrated background, exposure, or a deep interest in the Agriculture sector
  • Experience working to targets, identifying new business, managing a pipeline, and closing deals
  • Demonstrated track record of commitment and looking for a long-term career move

Nice to have:

  • Insurance experience
  • Background in Ag-Banking, Sales and Customer service with a strong connection to the farm community
