We’re looking for a high-energy Farm Insurance Specialist to join a global insurer. This isn’t a "sit-behind-a-desk" role, it’s a dynamic Sales & Service position where your office changes every day. You'll be out in the community, building genuine relationships and delivering risk solutions that actually make a difference to rural families.
Job Responsibility:
Hitting the Road: Visiting farms to conduct on-site risk analysis and offer tailored solutions
Owning Your Patch: Growing and managing your own portfolio of rural clients
Community Presence: Hosting presentations to share expertise and build trust with local farmers
Driving Growth: Proactively converting leads into long-term, loyal partnerships
Requirements:
Insurance experience preferred
Banking and Finance background
Strong customer service background
Genuine passion for Ag
RG146 qualification (training provided)
Natural at building rapport and navigating complex relationships
Resilient with grit to hunt down new business
Ag-Fluent - understands unique challenges facing Australian rural sector
All-rounder who can talk shop at the farm gate and present a business case
