Job Responsibility

General Farm Duties: Perform a wide range of farm tasks, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and general maintenance
Driving Responsibilities: Hold a valid driver's license and be responsible for driving farm vehicles
Chemical Application: Utilize your chemical certificate to safely and effectively apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers
Chainsaw Skills (Nice to Have): Use them for tasks such as felling trees, clearing debris, or maintaining the farm's landscape
Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and repair of farm equipment
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Farm Director and other team members
