Job Responsibility:
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional first impression
Support the coordination of guest bookings, farm tours, and activities
Guide visitors through farm experiences, providing information about produce, animals, and sustainability practices
Assist with hands‑on farm activities as needed to enhance guest engagement
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas, pathways, and activity stations
Support farm events, tastings, workshops, or farm‑to‑table experiences
Respond to guest questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
Collaborate with farm staff to ensure smooth daily operations and guest flow
Requirements:
Relevant experience in a similar role
Working rights in Fiji
Bring a warm, friendly, and professional approach to every guest interaction
Have strong communication skills and enjoy guiding and educating visitors
Are comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Are proactive, willing to assist with farm tasks, and show initiative
Can work flexibly, including weekends or special events where required
Are dependable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high‑quality service
Have previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or related areas (advantageous but not essential)
