Job Responsibility

  • Support the farm’s coconut‑related guest experiences, including demonstrations, coconut tasting sessions, and tree‑climbing showcases
  • Welcome and interact with guests, ensuring a fun, educational, and culturally rich experience
  • Assist in preparing coconuts for demonstrations (cutting, husking, opening) safely and efficiently
  • Guide visitors through coconut activities, explaining traditional methods, uses, and sustainability practices
  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and safety of coconut activity areas and equipment
  • Assist with setting up and running coconut‑themed workshops, events, or farm tours
  • Monitor guest participation to ensure safety during all coconut demonstrations or hands‑on activities
  • Collaborate with farm operations to ensure smooth scheduling and activity flow

Requirements

  • Bring a friendly, approachable, and guest‑focused attitude
  • Are confident engaging and educating groups of varying sizes
  • Have interest or experience in coconut climbing, coconut preparation, or cultural demonstrations (training can be provided)
  • Are physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Enjoy hands‑on tasks and maintaining safe, well‑presented activity zones
  • Are reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high‑quality guest service
  • Have experience in hospitality, tourism, or cultural demonstration roles (an advantage)
