Job Responsibility
Manage a caseload of children, young people, and families requiring early help intervention
Act as Lead Professional and coordinate multi-agency support plans
Complete Early Help Assessments and deliver targeted interventions
Build positive relationships with children and families through persistent outreach and engagement
Convene and chair planning and review meetings
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children
Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports
Deliver evidence-based interventions and parenting support programmes
Participate in duty cover, supervision, audits, and service development activities
Promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and anti-discriminatory practice in all areas of work
Requirements
Experience working with children, young people, and families in a supportive or safeguarding environment
Understanding of the principles of Early Help and multi-agency working
Skilled in building trusted relationships with families and professionals
Ability to manage and prioritise a varied caseload effectively
Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centred practice
Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and families
