A Family Solicitor position has become available at a respected East London law firm dedicated to elevating legal excellence and serving diverse communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Family Solicitor to join a practice that values ethical standards, innovation, and a client-first approach. Located in Barking, this role offers an engaging caseload and the chance to work closely with a team that is both inclusive and forward-thinking.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, cohabitation, and children proceedings
Preparing court documents, attending hearings, and liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
Advising clients with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legal aid procedures where applicable

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE) with experience in family law
Strong knowledge of private and public family law matters
Legal Aid experience is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and advocacy skills
Able to manage a busy caseload independently
Committed to client care and ethical legal practice
