Requirements:

3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law
Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload, from child custody to divorce settlements
Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to empathise and engage with clients from various backgrounds
Strong teamwork mentality, alongside the capability to work independently when required
Knowledge and experience in collaborating with external agencies for the betterment of client outcomes

Nice to have:

Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Family Law
Previous experience working within a Legal 500 ranked firm
Evidence of ongoing professional development and a keen interest in advancing family law practice
