Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Divorce, separation, and financial settlements
Child custody, contact disputes, and care proceedings
Domestic abuse matters and injunctions
Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
Civil partnerships and cohabitation issues

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (3+ years PQE preferred) with family law experience
Strong understanding of both public and private family law
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to handle a busy, diverse caseload independently
