Requirements:
Experience in care proceedings, PLO matters, private law children, domestic abuse, divorce and financial matters, and general family law
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including undertaking own advocacy
A track record in business development and/or an existing following is advantageous
Willingness to work towards panel accreditation and engage in networking
Competence in managing both legal aid and privately funded cases.
