Job Description:

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its busy team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of divorce, financial disputes, and children matters, handling both Legal Aid and private family work.

Job Responsibility:

Running a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, finance, and child arrangements
Handling Legal Aid cases, ensuring compliance and managing cases via CCMS
Drafting legal documents and conducting advocacy at court hearings where required
Advising clients with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
Liaising with courts, barristers, and external agencies

Requirements:

Experience in family law, either as a paralegal or a solicitor
Knowledge of Legal Aid and CCMS
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
