Job Description:

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its busy team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of divorce, financial disputes, and children matters, handling both Legal Aid and private family work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Running a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, finance, and child arrangements
  • Handling Legal Aid cases, ensuring compliance and managing cases via CCMS
  • Drafting legal documents and conducting advocacy at court hearings where required
  • Advising clients with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
  • Liaising with courts, barristers, and external agencies

Requirements:

  • Experience in family law, either as a paralegal or a solicitor
  • Knowledge of Legal Aid and CCMS
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
