Job Responsibility:

Manage a varied and high-quality caseload of privately funded family matters
Divorce and separation
Complex financial disputes and asset division
Private children matters
Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
Cohabitation issues and related disputes
Contribute to the continued growth of the department through business development and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

Qualified Family Solicitor with substantial post-qualification experience
An existing following or client base is essential
Strong technical expertise and commercial acumen
Confident handling complex and high-value family matters
Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships
