Job Description:

A well-regarded regional law firm based in Reading is looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Family Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE to work on a varied caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

Job Responsibility:

Handle broad range of privately funded family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation arrangements, separation agreements and child arrangements
Manage files from initial instruction through to conclusion
Maintain strong client relationships
Participate in business development activities
Contribute to department's continued growth

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' PQE as a Family Solicitor in England & Wales
Solid experience in handling privately funded family law matters
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
Member of Resolution or willingness to become a member is desirable
Proactive and professional approach with genuine interest in family law
