Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Family Solicitor to join our highly regarded team in central Sheffield. The successful candidate will work on a broad caseload of privately funded family matters, providing expert legal advice and support to our diverse client base.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing your own caseload of divorce and financial remedy proceedings
  • advising on civil partnership disputes and cohabitation agreements
  • drafting and negotiating pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
  • handling private children matters, including contact and residence disputes
  • working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent client service
  • taking part in business development and networking opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years PQE with demonstrable experience in private family law
  • exceptional communication and client care skills
  • ability to manage complex and sensitive cases with discretion and empathy
  • a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to excellence
