Job Responsibility
Meeting one-on-one with families to discuss service and planning options
Providing compassionate customer support and guidance
Managing contracts, documentation, and CRM updates

Following up on inquiries, leads, and aftercare support
Maintaining confidentiality and strong attention to detail
Utilizing Microsoft Office and CRM systems daily
Requirements
2+ years of customer service, consultative sales, admissions, member services, or related experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, empathetic, and polished demeanor
Comfortable handling sensitive conversations with care and compassion
CRM and Microsoft Office experience required
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
