Job Description

The Family Segment Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for owning and developing Vodafone’s Family (Household) segment as a core pillar of the company’s commercial strategy. The role leads the end-to-end management of converged propositions across postpay, fixed, TV, and value-added services, with full P&L ownership and go-to-market responsibility. It plays a critical role in maximizing household value through bundling, increasing customer lifetime value, and strengthening long-term retention. This is a high-impact role combining commercial ownership, segment strategy, and cross-functional leadership, directly influencing revenue growth and customer loyalty.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and lead the Family segment strategy as a core growth pillar, setting a clear vision for Vodafone’s household proposition and identifying growth opportunities through customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis
  • Own the full P&L of the Family segment across postpay, fixed, and TV, driving revenue growth, ARPU uplift, margin optimization, and closely monitoring performance to take corrective actions when needed
  • Lead the end to end go to market strategy for all Family propositions, defining commercial offers, pricing and bundling, and ensuring strong execution across all channels (retail, digital, inbound, outbound)
  • Design and evolve converged and bundled offers combining postpay, fixed, TV, and value added services, ensuring simplicity, competitiveness, and strong customer value perception
  • Drive customer lifetime value and retention through loyalty, upsell and cross sell initiatives, while collaborating closely with Product, Commercial, Digital, Retail, Finance, and CX teams to ensure aligned end to end execution

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or product roles and proven experience with P&L ownership and delivering business growth
  • Strong understanding of telco products (postpay, fixed, TV) and convergence strategies
  • Experience in managing complex, multi-product propositions
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution across multiple channels combined with with high level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
