An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced High Net Worth Family Partner to join a highly reputable and growing Manchester law firm. This is a leadership role within a well-established Family Law team, specialising in complex HNW matrimonial finance and private children matters. The firm is investing in the continued growth of its family offering, meaning no portable following is required — instead, you will benefit from an existing client base, strong internal referrals and a supportive marketing infrastructure.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead complex high-value divorce and financial remedy cases
  • Advise on matters involving business assets, trusts, inherited wealth and multi-jurisdictional elements
  • Handle private children matters within high-value disputes
  • Mentor and develop junior lawyers
  • Contribute strategically to the ongoing growth of the department

Requirements

  • Significant experience at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level within Family Law
  • Strong background in HNW matrimonial finance
  • Proven leadership capability
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
