Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE, ideally already operating at partner or senior associate level
Extensive experience advising HNW/UHNW clients on complex international family law matters
Demonstrable leadership capability, with prior experience of mentoring or supervising others
Strong existing network of international contacts and a proven track record in business development
Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Job Responsibility

Take the lead in building and managing a dedicated team advising on international family law issues, including cross-border jurisdictional disputes, high-value financial settlements, prenuptial agreements and complex child arrangements
Supervise junior solicitors to ensure high standards of client service
Maintain and expand a network of international referrers
Engage with global clients
Represent the firm at relevant events
Collaborate with senior leadership to meet departmental goals.
