Job Responsibility

Supporting experienced Family Law Solicitors with varied and interesting caseloads
Meeting with clients, offering them reassurance and guidance through sensitive family matters
Drafting important legal documents including Part 25 and C2 applications
Managing case files and ensuring compliance with court directions and deadlines
Handling a mix of public law (care proceedings) and private law (child arrangements, domestic abuse) cases
