Job Description:

A Legal 500, Central London firm are seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join their ranked and reputable team.

Job Responsibility:

Enjoy the satisfaction of providing empathetic and professional support to clients navigating complex family law matters

Requirements:

Assist Solicitors in managing client files and related administrative tasks
Independently manage client files, liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
Prepare bundles for hearings and support the legal team with case management
Efficiently manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle calls from existing clients and new enquiries, providing professional and supportive assistance
Ideally, you have completed a law degree or equivalent
Ideally some prior paralegal experience in a Family department
Proficient in using case management systems and various software applications
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism

Nice to have:

Completed a law degree or equivalent
Prior paralegal experience in a Family department
