Job Responsibility

Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
Manage a patient load of approximately 20–22 patients per day
Perform routine check-ups, preventative care, and chronic disease management
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and manage ongoing care plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, specialists, and behavioral health providers

Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served
