Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program
California Registered Nurse (RN) license, California Nurse Practitioner (NP) license, and Furnishing License Certification
National NP board certification in aligned specialty with the practice area (FNP, AGACNP, or ACNP required)
Current ART certification, or BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications at time of hire with commitment to get ART within six (6) months of hire date
One (1) or more of recent work experience as a licensed Nurse Practitioner in heme/onc, infusion, and/or internal medicine with a strong focus on patients with hematologic or oncologic conditions

Demonstrates advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to assess and manage patients in an oncologic outpatient setting
Demonstrates ability to independently manage patients in a fast-paced setting, using evidence-based clinical judgment and appropriate escalation of care

Job Responsibility

Function as a provider of patient care for patients receiving treatment in the Infusion Center
Provide patient care oversight, including management of toxicities and/or reactions to IV treatments
Provide patient care coverage for our various infusion locations
