Impact Recruitment has the pleasure of working with a growing Vancouver boutique firm specializing in family law. With an emphasis on quality client service and providing an engaging and friendly working environment in a new office, this team is looking for an experienced associate to join their busy group and take on a growing number of files.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take on a growing number of files
  • Work would encompass all aspects of family law, from divorces and separations to spousal support, and property division & division of assets
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to the junior associates
  • Having a hand in the continuing development of the firm
  • Experience and thrive in court room settings

Requirements:

  • Called to the BC Bar and be a member in good standing
  • 3 – 5 years of post call experience with an emphasis on family law
  • Strong experience in conducting trials would be a strong asset
  • Comfortable with a billable target of 1200
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a team player attitude
