Job Description:

As a Family Lawyer, you'll be part of a supportive and friendly team, working on a diverse caseload that includes divorce, financial proceedings, emergency injunctions, private children act applications, pre-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation work. With a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £55,000, and the potential for flexible working arrangements, this permanent role offers the chance to thrive in a successful practice and see your career flourish.

Job Responsibility:

Engage in client-facing matters and showcase your exceptional communication skills
Navigate emotionally taxing situations with empathy and professionalism
Play an active role in Business Development and represent the firm as an ambassador

Requirements:

Previous experience in well-regarded family law departments, with a strong understanding of key areas of private family law
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, with an eye for detail
Experience supporting senior fee earners in more complex litigation
Ability to manage your own caseload (desirable but not essential)
Advocacy experience (an advantage but not essential)
Qualified as a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience
Passionate about family law and committed to providing exceptional client service
Eager to work in a supportive and friendly team environment
