Handle legal matters involving Divorce, Finances, Pensions, Property Disputes, Private Child matters, Child Maintenance, Separations, Pre-Nups, Cohabitation Agreements, Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders
utilize modern case management systems
collaborate with support at all levels including partner level.

Requirements:

Demonstrate a commitment to live and work in Devon or Somerset
expertise in Family Law including Divorce, Finances, Pensions Matters, Property Disputes, Private Child matters, Child Maintenance, Separations, Pre-Nups, Cohabitation Agreements, Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders
ability to utilize modern case management systems
willingness to relocate (if applicable)
ability to handle privately funded work.
